By paying for our services through weekly settlement deductions, credit card, check, ACH, or any other accepted payment method, or by accessing or using the wrfcpa.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any future revisions or modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the wrfcpa.com website or our services.

Privacy and Communications

You acknowledge and agree that White Rabbit Financial may occasionally send you communications regarding your account, services, billing, or other important information via email.

Accounts, Passwords, and Security

You must be a registered user to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your profile information, email address, and password remain current and accurate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

White Rabbit Financial does not provide refunds for unused services. Weekly bakery settlement deductions, monthly credit card subscription payments, ACH payments, checks, or payments made by any other method are non-refundable.

If you believe your account has been charged in error, please contact us immediately. If we determine that an error has occurred, we will issue the appropriate credit or refund.

No refunds or account credits will be provided due to:

Failure to keep your account in good standing.
Failure to provide required monthly reporting or requested documentation in a timely manner.
Dissatisfaction with services or outcomes after services have been provided.

Termination of Service

White Rabbit Financial reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms are not eligible for a refund.

You may cancel your account at any time without penalty.

We also reserve the right to reassign your account to another representative at our discretion. You may request a transfer to a different representative at any time without penalty.

Changes to Services and Terms

White Rabbit Financial may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of its services at any time, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to change our service fees. Whenever possible, fee changes will be communicated to you in advance via email.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of our services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
