No refunds will be given for services rendered or for outcomes you deem unsatisfactory.

SMS Messages are sent to give you updates or for any requests needed for your account and services.

SMS Frequency

Messages are sent infrequently but when sent they are used to provide information on your account as well as anything else needed.
