White Rabbit Financial will not issue refunds for unused services. If you have a question about charges made to your account, please contact us immediately. If a charge was made in error, we will credit your account or credit card for the appropriate amount. You may cancel your service at any time. Weekly settlement deduction authorizations, monthly credit card subscription payments, or payments made by any other means are not eligible for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to keep your account in good standing. You are responsible for submitting required monthly reporting to your assigned representative in a timely manner. No refunds will be given for services rendered or for outcomes you deem unsatisfactory.

Termination of Service / Appropriate Practices

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time. You may also cancel your account at any time without penalty. White Rabbit Financial reserves the right to terminate any account that violates its Terms of Service, without refund.

We also reserve the right to transfer your account to another representative at any time. You may request a change to your assigned account representative at any time without penalty.

SMS Contents

SMS Messages are sent to give you updates or for any requests needed for your account and services.

SMS Frequency

Messages are sent infrequently but when sent they are used to provide information on your account as well as anything else needed.

Keywords for Help and Opting Out

To no longer receive messages, please reply OPTOUT to the text. To get help, reply with HELP.

Message and Data Rates

For all SMS messages, standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
